Since all of our products are handmade, packaged and shipped in house, please allow up to 7 days for your items to ship out. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a email with updated delivery dates.

Do we ship internationally?

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the USA. Please email us directly at shineherbalcompany.com for international inquiries.

Cancelations and Order Add ons? 

If you need to make a change to your shipping address or cancel your order please contact us immediately with your order number and what changes are needed. We will do what we can to accommodate any last minute order changes but it is not guaranteed. If your items have already been packaged, we cannot offer order cancelations.

 

We cannot make any add ons to a order once placed. If you would like to make a order add on, we recommend cancelling and re-placing the order with any additional add ons.
