Refund policy
Due to the nature of our small business ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We cannot make any add ons to your order once receive but if you need to make a change to your shipping address or cancel your order please contact us immediately with your order number and what changes are needed. We will do what we can to accommodate any last minute order changes but it is not guaranteed.
If you would like to make a order add on, we recommend cancelling and re-placing the order with any additional add ons.
If you have received the wrong item or damage occurs in transit, please contact us immediately at shineherbalcompany@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Do not throw away any damaged or wrongfully shipped items. Additional picture may be requested for a replacement to be issued.
If there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of when the carrier has marked it as delivered. Issues regarding broken items, missing items, etc submitted after 7 days are not eligible for replacement or compensation.
