Ashwagandha (discontinued formula)

Ashwagandha has traditionally been used not only as an adaptogen but also as a nervine, which can help the nervous system cope with stress, anxiety and support overall cognitive health.

Botanical Name: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)

Parts Used: Root

*This is a previous formula and is extracted with grain alcohol, not organic cane alcohol like our current formulas offered.

Ingredients: Grain Alcohol Alcohol, RO Water, Withania somnifera (Organic Ashwagandha Root).

Suggested Use: When feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression or exhaustion, take 1-3 squeezes of the dropper bulb up to 5 times a day diluted in water or juice. 1 dropper bulb is approximately 1ml (30 drops). Take up to 15ml in a day.

Shake well before use and store in a cool dark place. Use within 2 years of opening.

This is a alcohol based tincture, do not take if allergic to or avoiding alcohol.
