Ashwagandha has traditionally been used not only as an adaptogen but also as a nervine, which can help the nervous system cope with stress, anxiety and support overall cognitive health.
Eleuthero has had thousands of studies done on it and was one of the first plants identified as a adaptogen by Russian scientists. Not only is it said that it can help the body better cope with stress but can also increase endurance and stimulate the brain to improve concentration.
Holy Basil is heavily used in Ayurvedic medicine as they consider all basils to be heart exhilarates, used for increasing joy and happiness. In Western herbalism it can be considered an adaptogen and general tonic. It can help the heart be protected from stress, lower blood pressure, cholesterol and stabilize blood sugar levels. It can also help reduce feelings of stress, enhance cerebral circulation, memory, concentration and mental clarity.
Research shows that Schisandra can be a stimulating adaptogen and general tonic. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is thought to harmonize the body and help retain energy. It can help keep the nervous system balanced, increasing both excitatory inhibitory action.
As a adaptogenic herb, Rhodiola rosea is one of 90 species of Rhodiola and can help aid mental clarity, memory, energy production and stress reduction. Rhodiola can help the body have a healthy response to stress and support adrenal function.

Ingredients: Organic Cane Alcohol (30%-70%), RO Water, Withania somnifera (Organic Ashwagandha Root), Eleutherococcus senticosus (Organic Eleuthero Root), Ocimum tenuiflorum (Organic Holy Basil, Rama), Rhodiola rosea (Organic Rhodiola Root), Schisandra chinensis (Organic Schisandra Berries).
Suggested Use: When feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression or exhaustion, take 1-4 squeezes of the dropper bulb up to 3 times a day diluted in water or juice. 1 dropper bulb is approximately 1ml (30 drops). Take up to 12ml in a day.
Shake well before use and store in a cool dark place. Use within 2 years of opening.
Safety Considerations: Do not take if allergic to or if avoiding alcohol. Insomnia can occur in sensitive individuals taking Eleuthero in high dosages. Schisandra shouldn't be taken in pregnant women and can be known to have contraindications with acute ailments such as colds, flu and fevers. Overuse can lead to insomnia and anxiety.
